Our Groomer
Two Paws Up is not a typical grooming shop. We are a kennel-free boarding and day camp facility that also provides grooming and training to customers that use our services, as well as outside customers who only come here for grooming. We provide a less stressful environment for our grooming customers because we do not put the dogs in crates when they arrive. They spend their time free in a large shaded area that is part of our grooming area, which allows them the ability to go potty if needed, get some water, and just relax. Our groomer strives to provide a less stressful experience during grooming as well. If she recognizes a dog seems stressed, she will give the dog a break from grooming for a time before finishing. We also use a sling for smaller breeds when trimming legs and feet and also doing nails. This is a very safe and comfortable way for the dog and an easier way for the groomer to provide a comfortable service.
We take our time, and as a result, it may take us longer than other shops. If you need a specific time for pick up, please always let us know this when you make your appointment.
JENNIFER DONNEL
Jenni has been a dog handler and our trusted van driver for over 5 years now. She has also been the backup bather for previous groomers and has increased her skills through experience and learning from other groomers. She is now in charge of our grooming schedule and is our primary groomer who will handle all appointments and is available to answer any questions you may have.

Our exceptional team provides dogs in our community with a home away from home to play, learn, and relax in safety and comfort; and gives their human families peace of mind while they are away from them.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any
customer if coat is too matted. It is your responsibility
to brush your dog at home in between grooming sessions.
Should you not do brushing maintenance,
your dog will most likely need to be shaved down, or possibly taken to a vet to be sedated or given anesthesia.
